How do I return an item?

A restocking fee of 15% will apply on items being returned.  You have 15 days from receipt of your products to notify us that you wish to return any or all of your items.    You will need to call us to receive an RMA # for your return.  You will have 30 days from the date the RMA number is issued to return the product(s) back to us.

Items must be in original packaging unopened. If you have opened the products to examine them, they must be in the condition in which you have received them. Therefore, care should be taken in repackaging and returning to us.

We suggest you return your product(s) to us using a method whereby a tracking number is issued. We are not responsible for lost packages, therefore may we suggest insurance and a signature be required when you do return items to us. Refunds will be issued only with an authorized RMA. Packages returned without an RMA number will be returned to sender. Refunds will be less restocking fee and shipping charges. 

If we ship parts to you in error, you are not responsible for the return label. You will still need to call us for an RMA. Once an RMA has been generated we will send you a prepaid return label so that you can send the parts back to us. Once the products sent in error are on their way back to our facility we will promptly send you the correct shipment and refund your original shipping for the inconvenience.
